He served as the first Chairman of the National Sachet Water Producers Association, where he played a pivotal role in enhancing the image of treated drinking water producers in collaboration with regulatory agencies. Additionally, as Chairman of the National Plastic Waste Management Task Force, Divine spearheaded initiatives that effectively managed plastic waste, including the establishment of multiple recycling plants.

With over 23 years of industrial experience, including 11 years at the senior management level, Festus Joseph Aidoo currently serves as the Managing Director of the company. She holds a BSc. (Hons.) Degree in Biochemistry from KNUST and an Executive Masters in Business Administration from GIMPA. Angela is currently advancing her expertise in Accounting and Investment Management through studies at the London School of Business and Finance in Birmingham.
Her professional journey includes significant roles at Bright More Industrial Complex and Rush Farms & Processing Ind. Ltd., where she gained extensive experience in the alcoholic and fruit juice industry. Angela’s deep understanding of the private business environment and her innate talent for business administration make her a key asset to the company.

With over thirty years of experience, Eric has a proven track record in human resource management, youth mentorship, and industrial dispute resolution.

Antoinette has a BSc. Food Science Degree from the University of Ghana, Legon, and with 15 years working experience as a Research Assistant through to Factory Manager of a privately owned SME prior to joining this company.
She is currently pursuing Quality Assurance Management with the Chartered Quality Assurance Institute in UK. She is responsible for managing the compliance and quality issues and requirements/standards of regulatory bodies for the Company. She performs this with the help of Quality Assurance and Internal Audit Officers and Assistants.

With a distinguished career spanning key managerial roles in top-tier companies, Sonia has amassed a wealth of experience in the marketing and sales industry. She has successfully led sales and distribution teams at COB-A Industries Limited, MTN Ghana, and Promosodol Ghana Limited, where she contributed significantly to the market growth and revenue enhancement of these organizations.
Currently, Sonia is responsible for managing the sales unit at COB-A Industries Limited. Her strategic vision and leadership skills drive the company’s sales strategies, ensuring optimal market penetration and customer satisfaction. In 2021 Sonia lead the company to achieve the highest sales ever done since the inception of the company, Sonia’s adeptness in market analysis, customer relationship management, and innovative sales tactics positions her as a pivotal figure in achieving the company’s long-term business goals and maintaining a competitive edge in the industry.

George Padmore-Tettey is a seasoned Operations Management Leader with over 21 years of extensive experience in diverse roles across the business spectrum. He holds a Master in Management and Administration from the University of Ghana Business School, a BSc. in Food Science & Nutrition and a Certificate in Accounting for Non-Accountants all from the same University.
He received extensive training in Food Safety and Management Systems development (ISO 9001, ISO 22000-HACCP, BRC and Fair-Trade Initiatives) from Global Business Development Company Ltd. Demonstrating a commitment to continuous professional development, he is currently pursuing certifications in both Certified Business Data Analytics and Business Analysis Professional.
Throughout his career, George has demonstrated exceptional strategic and operational acumen. His journey began as a Research & Teaching Assistant at the University of Ghana, Legon, where he developed a strong foundation in research and education. He then transitioned to the corporate sector, where he served as a Factory Manager for a multinational company, honing his skills in operations management, process optimization, and team leadership.
Currently, George is the Head of Operations at COB-A Group of Companies Ltd. In this role, he is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations, ensuring efficiency, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. His rich experience in operations management has equipped him with the expertise to manage complex operational challenges, implement strategic initiatives, and deliver sustainable business expansion and growth.

Vincent Annak Akantuk

Vincent holds a Master of Business Administration in Internal Auditing from the University of Professional Studies-Ghana, B.B.A (Hons) and a Degree in Administration from SMC (Distance Learning) Switzerland. He also holds a Diploma in Business Studies (Accounting Option) from Tamale Polytechnic. Professionally, he is a final level student with the Institute of Chartered
Accountants -Ghana.
Akantuk has over 15 years of working experience in general administration, accounting and audit of large and medium enterprises. He also has 5 years’ experience in investigations, specializing in internal audit.
Vincent also has considerable years of experience in lecturing at both diploma level, as well as professional institutions like the Institute of Chartered Accountants (1CAG) in the various courses; Auditing, Accounting, Management and Strategic Management. This has built him into a person with strong understanding in part corporate issues. Akantuk Vincent Annak is the current Finance and Administration Manager of Head of Technical and Transport.
He also worked as an account manager for Standard Water and Beverages ltd. and Accounts Supervisor – revenue unit with COB-A Industries Ltd now COB-A Group of Companies Ltd. Prior to joining COB-A Industries Ltd. he worked as an Accountant and Entrepreneurial Development Instructor in AMICUS ONLUS, an Italian Based (Vatican) NGO in Ghana among others. Vincent has built over the years competencies to his credit. He has built to himself, good leadership and organizational skills, effective interpersonal
skills having dealt with diverse professionals.
He is an active and a quick learner, ready to take initiative with confidence and interested in details, proven ability to work under pressure, high value for integrity and patriotic. Above all, he is proactive.

William first joined COB-A Group of Companies Ltd as a Sales representative and has held various positions in Sales including Sales Officer for Bottle products, Sales Manager for Western and Central Region of Ghana and until recently, Communications Manager where his contributions has helped increase brand presence in the market.
William has worked with teams with diverse backgrounds many of whom have moved on to other roles within the Sales Department.
William has a bachelor’s degree in marketing from Methodist University, Student Member of Chartered Institute of Marketing – UK and a Master of Science in Procurement and Supply Chain Management from the University of Cape Coast.
